The breakfast choice was great, offering a variety of options. the staff were friendly and welcoming. the location of the hotel was convenient, being within walking distance of the city center and the beach.
There were limited electric plug sockets in the room, which was a bit inconvenient.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location is fantastic - right in the center of Ostend, close to everything I wanted to see and do. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of being able to adjust the heating level to my preference. this hotel offered great value for money and exceeded my expectations.
All was great - nothing to complain about.

no stand up shower just a small slipper bath and a shower hose not much fun if you are over 6ft in a room costing 110 euro per night and being asked to pay before even getting your room key

Hotel itself was really nice and I requested strawberrys which was obliged, overpriced but
Our room wasnt cleaned, the beds were not made and the towels were not changed. The breakfast was at 7.30 yet we went in to the restaurant at 7.40 on our departure day and there wasnt any boiled eggs, scrambled eggs which was paid for and the owner was sat there but still didnt turn lights on until 8.00. We wasnt theonly people having breakfast

The room was exceptionally clean and silent and had private bathroom plus coffee/tea making machines and fridges. Provided breakfast was tasty with the usual cheese and real bacon, for example, exceeded our expectations. The property was in the middle of the city.

As a satisfied guest at Hotel Pacific in Ostend, I had a fantastic stay. The comfortable bed and excellent breakfast made for a perfect start to my day. The secure parking and ideal location were also major positives. What stood out the most, though, was the incredibly helpful and friendly staff.
I can confidently recommend this hotel.
